Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas or contacts.
- Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Customer Service: Obtain and process information required to provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Scheduling and Confirmations: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Financial Transactions: Receive and issue payments, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
- Experience: While experience is an asset, we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
Working Conditions: This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The primary language of work is English.
