Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at EASE Professional Massage. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
- Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, including answering questions and resolving issues.
- Scheduling and Confirmations: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that all necessary details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Payment Processing: Receive and issue payments, maintaining accurate records and handling any discrepancies.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
Work Environment
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
