Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Travelodge Swift Current. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling general inquiries.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage the front desk, including checking in guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a secure and accurate cash handling system.
  • Office Administration
    • Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering and inventorying.
    • Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging catering, audio-visual equipment, and other logistical details.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
Working Conditions
