Job Title: Strategic Planning Manager - Marketing & Customer Experience

Alberta Blue Cross is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Manager to join our Marketing & Customer Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and manage budgets and resource plans to support strategic initiatives
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning and management
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
