Strategic Planning Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Director to join our team at Kansha Mod. Inc.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and operations, with a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Create and execute comprehensive strategic plans that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with senior leaders and teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage Resources: Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure the successful implementation of strategic plans.
- Represent the Company: Represent Kansha Mod. Inc. in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions, ensuring the company's interests are represented and protected.
- Develop and Manage Talent: Select, develop, and manage senior staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.
- Manage Events: Plan and execute events, conferences, and other activities that support business growth and customer engagement.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations and provide feedback for improvement.
- Establish Financial and Administrative Controls: Develop and implement financial and administrative controls to ensure the company's financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent Strategic Planning Skills: Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans that drive business growth.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business results.
- Effective Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company effectively in various settings.

- Excellent Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
