Overview

Alberta Blue Cross is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Manager to join their team. As a key member of the Corporate Strategic Initiatives team, you will play a critical role in driving the organization's strategy and planning processes.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate an adaptive, integrated planning process to drive organizational alignment and strategy execution.
  • Support senior leadership in developing and delivering strategic plans and presentations.
  • Manage and report on the enterprise portfolio of strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate strategy and plans to internal stakeholders.
  • Steward the process of performance measurement and resource planning.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and applying enterprise-wide strategic frameworks and planning methodologies.
  • Superior project management skills and business portfolio management experience.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust and exert organizational influence.
  • Ability to think strategically and act practically with attention to critical detail.
