Job Summary

Magellan Aerospace Corporation is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our HRIS systems, including SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities
  • HRIS Implementation and Maintenance: Provide leadership and guidance on the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and the conversion of HRIS and analytics, ensuring seamless integration across multiple functions and partners.
  • HRIS Standards and Controls: Develop and maintain HRIS standards and controls to ensure data integrity and HRIS functionality, resolving problems and recommending solutions to meet requirements.
  • Core HR Systems Management: Define requirements, implement, and manage the core HR Systems, ensuring timely and accurate data availability.
  • User Acceptance Testing and Data Integrity: Perform user-acceptance testing, research data discrepancies, confirm accuracy and integrity of all data entered, and ensure information is available on a timely basis.
  • Process Improvement and Optimization: Identify and recommend technical solutions to address opportunities to improve existing processes and optimize operational effectiveness within HR.
  • Data and Metrics Requirements: Partner with management and leadership to identify data and metrics requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Training and Communication: Develop and deliver training, user guides, and facilitate communications to ensure end-user understanding of HRIS systems and processes.
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to determine how best to support the organization through data retained in HR Systems, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: Experience with SAP preferred, including SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Talent, Recruiting modules, or cloud-based HR system. Strong problem-solving skills in lieu of SAP experience will also be considered.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to create, maintain, and analyze data in spreadsheets, reports, and charts. Previous experience designing or administering a relational database is an asset.
