About the Role

Magellan Aerospace Corporation is seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our HR information systems (HRIS) to support the company's strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, a cloud-based HR system, and ensure seamless integration with existing HR systems.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS standards and controls to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize operational effectiveness within HR.
  • Design and implement user-acceptance testing, research data discrepancies, and ensure information is available on a timely basis.
  • Partner with management and leadership to identify data and metrics requirements and develop reports to support business decisions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure end-user understanding of HRIS systems and processes.
  • Act as a strategic partner to determine how best to support the organization through data retained in HR systems and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with SAP, particularly SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Talent, Recruiting modules, or cloud-based HR systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with experience leading teams through projects and process changes.
  • Demonstrated ability to create, maintain, and analyze data in spreadsheets, reports, and charts.
  • Previous experience designing or administering a relational database is an asset.
