Magellan Aerospace Corporation: HRIS Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned HRIS Project Manager to join our team at Magellan Aerospace Corporation. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our HRIS systems, including SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and functionality
  • Develop and maintain HRIS standards and controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Define requirements, implement, and manage core HR systems
  • Perform user-acceptance testing, research data discrepancies, and confirm accuracy and integrity of all data entered
  • Identify and recommend technical solutions to improve existing processes and optimize operational effectiveness within HR
  • Partner with management and leadership to identify data and metrics requirements
  • Develop and deliver training, user guides, and facilitate communications to ensure end-user understanding of HRIS systems and processes
Requirements:
  • University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience with SAP, including SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Talent, Recruiting modules, or cloud-based HR system
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create, maintain, and analyze data in spreadsheets, reports, and charts
  • Previous experience designing or administering a relational database is an asset
