About the Role

Magellan Aerospace is seeking a seasoned HRIS professional to join our team as an HRIS Project Manager. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our HRIS systems to support the company's strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • HRIS Implementation and Maintenance
    • Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, a cloud-based HR system, and ensure seamless integration with existing HR processes.
    • Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Systems Support and Training
    • Provide technical support to end-users of HR systems at all levels of the organization.
    • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure end-users have the necessary skills to effectively use HRIS systems.
  • Process Improvement and Analytics
    • Identify opportunities to improve existing HR processes and optimize operational effectiveness.
    • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to support business decisions.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in HRIS, with a combination of HR generalist and HRIS experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills
    • Experience with SAP, including SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and Talent modules.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
