Position Overview

Finch Health Centre Inc. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to facilitate smooth office operations and provide essential administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mail Management: Open and distribute incoming mail and other communications.
  • Office Procedures: Establish and maintain efficient office procedures and routines.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for staff and clients.
  • Telephone Communication: Answer phone calls and relay messages effectively.
  • Electronic Inquiries: Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
