About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Starbucks Coffee Company. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling and Point of Sale Operations
    • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Handle customer payments and make change as needed.
  • Customer Service and Engagement
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every customer has a positive experience in our store.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation
    • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items to customers.
    • Operate equipment such as espresso machines and blenders to prepare drinks and food.
  • Store Maintenance and Cleaning
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the dining area, restrooms, and storage areas.
    • Perform daily cleaning tasks, such as sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning equipment and surfaces.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve store goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train on the job.
