About the Role

Chef Angelo Ltd is seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Present bills to customers, accept payment, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Menu Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
