Job Summary

Chef Angelo Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Associate to join our team. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Present bills to customers, accept payment, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Menu Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Adaptability: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
