Job Summary:
The Food Counter Attendant is a key member of our team at A&W Restaurants Inc, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, including cooking, heating, and finishing cooked food items.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas.
- Stock refrigerators, cupboards, and salad bars with food and supplies.
- Keep records of food quantities used and wasted.
- Assist other team members with food preparation and service.
- Perform other duties as required to support the team.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
Working Conditions:
