About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Merchandising Coordinator to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will play a crucial role in the growth of our online channels through effective merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Catalog Management: Ensure the accurate and timely management of our product catalogue, including product information, pricing, and inventory levels.
  2. Promotion and Optimization: Develop and execute promotional strategies to maximize sales potential, including the creation of promotions, discounts, and special offers.
  3. Merchandising Strategy: Optimize merchandising strategies to drive sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement, including the analysis of sales data and customer behavior.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including ecommerce, product management, analytics, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of ecommerce strategies.
  5. Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or a related field.
  3. Skills: Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, and analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  4. Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams.
