About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Production Coordinator to join our team at Tink. As a key member of our digital production team, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating digital projects from conception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, organize, and supervise digital production projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting defined quality standards.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and consistent communication.
  • Quality Control: Validate projects to ensure all client needs are met and deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve potential issues or obstacles that may arise during the project.
  • Progress Updates: Inform clients and internal teams of project progress at all stages of realization.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role and in a web environment, ideally in digital production.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deliverables and deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate problems and find solutions quickly to make recommendations to clients.
  • Collaboration: Aptitude for collaborative work in a team environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Very good organizational skills, diligence, and good priority management.
  • Critical Thinking: Good critical sense and be open-minded.
  • Negotiation Skills: Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and synthesis skills and demonstrate initiative and leadership.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Adobe XD suite as well as HTML and CSS (asset). Knowledge of Jira / Confluence (asset).
  • Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is required for this position. Proficiency in English is also required for this position.
