About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Merchandising Coordinator to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will play a critical role in the growth of our online channels through effective merchandising of high-performing assortments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the product catalogue to ensure optimal product visibility and sales potential.
  • Develop and optimize online content and schedules to drive revenue and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with ecommerce, brands, and product management teams to ensure seamless product and merchandising strategies.
  • Measure the performance of ecommerce merchandising initiatives to identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and execute promotional activity for assigned categories or seasonal events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace, or digital merchandising.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel and customer experience, including B2B and B2C commercial aspects.
  • Demonstrated planning skills with experience managing an Open-to-Buy.
  • Proficiency in web analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Proficiency with digital platforms (including eCommerce, recommendation engines, and content management systems).
