We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Merchandising Coordinator to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will play a critical role in the growth of our online channels through effective merchandising and product management.
Key Responsibilities- Product Management: Manage the product catalogue, ensuring that products are organized and presented in a way that maximizes sales potential.
- Promotions and Optimization: Create and execute promotions, and optimize product merchandising to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with ecommerce, product management, analytics, and other teams to launch memorable experiences and drive business growth.
- Performance Measurement: Measure the performance of ecommerce merchandising initiatives, identifying problems and opportunities for improvement.
- Category Management: Plan and execute promotional activity for assigned categories or seasonal events.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace, or digital merchandising.
- Skills: Strong understanding of omnichannel and customer experience, including B2B and B2C commercial aspects. Proficiency in web analytics and digital platforms.
