Position: Administrative Assistant
Company: Million Miles Logistics Inc.

Salary: $28.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage office procedures and workflows.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Manage inventory by ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and reservations.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
  • Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.

QualificationsEducation: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
