ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled Visual Identity Lead to join our dynamic team at Shardeum. In this position, you will take charge of our visual design department, collaborating closely with our Head of Communications and Marketing to refine and elevate our brand's visual presence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Guide and inspire a team of visual designers, providing direction and constructive feedback to achieve exceptional design results.
  • Partner with the Head of Communications and Marketing to synchronize visual strategies with broader marketing goals.
  • Ensure uniform and engaging visual representations across all platforms, from graphics to promotional websites.
  • Oversee collaborations with external design agencies to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Manage design initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with our brand's core values and messaging.
  • Establish and uphold brand design standards to ensure consistency across all company materials.
  • Collaborate with various teams to deliver creative design solutions that support marketing, business development, and community engagement.
  • Work in conjunction with Product and UX design teams to ensure synergy between brand identity and user experience.
ABOUT YOU
  • Possess a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
  • Have prior experience as a Visual Identity Lead, ideally within the technology, cryptocurrency, or financial technology sectors.
  • Present a robust portfolio showcasing your expertise in visual design and brand development.
  • Exhibit outstanding leadership and communication abilities, capable of effectively motivating and managing design teams.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing external agencies and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Be proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other multimedia design applications.
  • Have experience with 3D graphics, Computer Graphics (CG), and animations.
  • Bring over 10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
