Overview of the Lead Visual Role

As a Lead Visual Merchandiser, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our store consistently meets high standards. You'll provide daily support to the management team by overseeing opening and closing procedures, supervising associates, and driving sales performance. Your expertise in visual merchandising will be instrumental in creating an inviting and engaging shopping experience for our customers.

  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, register functions, and back-office tasks.
  • Visual Impact: Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment, ensuring adherence to visual merchandising standards, product replenishment, cleanliness, safety protocols, and back-of-house organization.
  • Sales Leadership: Serve as a role model for sales associates by demonstrating exceptional customer service and driving sales generation. Utilize Selling Essentials and training resources to educate the team on product knowledge, selling techniques, and business goals.
