Visual Brand Leadership Manager

Sui is seeking a skilled Visual Brand Leadership Manager to spearhead our creative design team and shape the visual narrative of our brand. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a group of visual designers, reporting directly to our Head of Communications and Marketing, while also collaborating with external design agencies. Your contributions will be vital in producing outstanding visual design work that resonates with our brand's mission and objectives.

  • Guide and mentor a team of visual designers, providing constructive feedback to achieve exceptional design results.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Communications and Marketing to ensure visual design initiatives are in harmony with broader marketing strategies.
  • Supervise the development of cohesive visual identities across all mediums, including graphics, animations, and marketing platforms.
  • Manage partnerships with external agencies to guarantee that design projects adhere to our quality standards and deadlines.
  • Lead the ideation and implementation of design projects that effectively convey our brand's principles.
  • Establish and uphold brand design standards to ensure a unified brand identity across all communications.
  • Work alongside various teams to deliver innovative design solutions for marketing, business development, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with Product and UX design teams to synchronize brand identity with user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Visual Brand Leadership Manager in technology, cryptocurrency, or financial technology sectors.
  • Proven proficiency in visual design and brand strategy.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities for effective team management and motivation.
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with 3D graphics, Computer Graphics (CG), and animation techniques.
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
