ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Brand Design Manager to take charge of our visual design department. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our Head of Communications and Marketing to define and enhance our brand's visual presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Guide and mentor a team of visual designers, providing direction and constructive feedback to achieve outstanding design results.
  • Work in partnership with the Head of Communications and Marketing to synchronize visual strategies with broader marketing goals.
  • Ensure consistent and engaging visual representations across various platforms, from graphics to marketing websites.
  • Manage relationships with external design agencies to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Oversee design initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with our brand's core values and messaging.
  • Establish and uphold brand design standards to maintain consistency across all company materials.
  • Collaborate with various teams to deliver creative design solutions that support marketing, business development, and developer relations.
  • Coordinate with Product and UX design teams to ensure a cohesive relationship between brand identity and user experience.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Possess a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
  • Have prior experience as a Brand Design Manager, ideally within the technology, cryptocurrency, or financial technology sectors.
  • Present a robust portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design and brand development.
  • Exhibit exceptional leadership and communication abilities, capable of inspiring and managing design teams effectively.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing external agencies and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Be proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other web and multimedia design tools.
  • Have experience with 3D graphics, Computer Graphics (CG), and animations.
  • Bring over 10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
