Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and visionary Visual Brand Strategy Leader to spearhead our design initiatives and elevate our brand identity. In this pivotal role, you will guide a team of creative designers, collaborate closely with our Head of Communications and Marketing, and manage relationships with external design partners. Your contributions will be essential in crafting compelling visual narratives that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing creative direction and constructive feedback to ensure exceptional design quality.
  • Work directly with the Head of Communications and Marketing to align visual strategies with overarching marketing objectives.
  • Oversee the development of cohesive visual identities across various platforms, including digital graphics, presentations, animations, and promotional websites.
  • Manage partnerships with external agencies, ensuring that all design projects meet our high standards and are delivered on time.
  • Drive the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring that all designs effectively communicate our brand’s core values.
  • Establish and uphold brand design guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity across all company materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide innovative design solutions that support marketing, business development, and community engagement.
  • Work alongside Product and UX teams to ensure that our design system aligns with both brand and user experience goals.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Brand Design Manager or in a similar capacity, preferably within the technology or blockchain sectors.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases your expertise in visual design and brand development.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of inspiring and managing design teams.
  • Experience in managing external agencies and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant software for web and multimedia design.
  • Familiarity with 3D graphics, Computer Graphics (CG), and animation techniques.
  • Over 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
