ResponsibilitiesAs a Digital Designer at Workato, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing a wide range of graphics and videos for corporate purposes, including presentation decks, one-sheets, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Creating illustrations and GIFs for our blog and docs websites.
- Managing end-to-end video production, including video editing and animation.
- Assisting lead designers with creating visual assets for the product, such as GIFs, icons, illustrations, and banners.
- Assisting the UX team with up-leveling the visual design of Workato's user interface.
- Collaborating with other designers to provide feedback on their work and help each other grow.
- Ideating and problem-solving large/small initiatives with your design lead and fellow designers.
- Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and sharing new creative ideas with the team.
- Utilizing collaborative communication tools like Slack, Figma, Jira, Adobe Suite, and others to work closely with team members across projects and time zones.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience creating a wide range of graphics and videos for corporate purposes.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Figma, and Google Slides.
- The ability to grasp multiple design requirements with careful attention to detail.
- A portfolio that showcases your skills in illustration, icon design, presentation decks, and user interface designs, along with examples of animation and videography.

You will need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work collaboratively with others.
