About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team at Reico Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our organizational development and ensuring the effective implementation of our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing waste.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that align with our business goals.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Project Management: Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely completion, and recommending operational changes to ensure that production quotas and procedures are met.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.
