We are seeking a highly skilled Local Business Relationship Manager to join our team at Prospera Credit Union. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value micro businesses and their owners in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network with key contacts to enhance the credit union's reputation and establish strong business relationships.
  • Represent Prospera Credit Union in the community, promoting our services and products.
  • Review and maintain customer portfolios, providing tailored financial solutions to meet the needs of business customers.
  • Negotiate and implement banking arrangements for customers, ensuring their financial needs are met.
  • Analyze financial information and make recommendations for loans, supporting business growth and development.
  • Manage customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of retail lending experience or 2 years in small business management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Post-secondary education in Commerce or Business Administration, with a strong understanding of business principles.
  • Proven success in business development and client management, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and technical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
