We are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join our team at the CFDC of the North Okanagan. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in evaluating the delivery of social and community service programs, administering programs for non-governmental organizations, and providing coaching to individuals and groups.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate the effectiveness of social and community service programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Administer programs for non-governmental organizations, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Provide coaching and guidance to individuals and groups, helping them to achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
- Work with community partners to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of the community.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform program development and evaluation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, community development, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a community development or social services setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
