Job Title: Patron Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patron Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our box office, bar, and concession services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the box office, including ticket sales, staffing, and scheduling
  • Oversee the bar and concession services, including inventory management and staff supervision
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance the patron experience
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our productions and events
  • Manage budgets and reconcile sales and expenses
Requirements:
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the performing arts industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems and point-of-sale software
