Job Title: Patron Services and Operations Manager

Globe Theatre is a leading performing arts organization in Saskatchewan, dedicated to entertaining, educating, and engaging audiences through high-quality productions and theatre education.

We are seeking a highly skilled Patron Services and Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the creation of outstanding patron interactions and customer service experiences, with the goal of strengthening and enhancing Globe Theatre's customer service promise.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Front of House team to develop and implement strategies to deepen and enrich the live theatre experience for current patrons, donors, volunteers, and community members. This will include planning, overseeing, and coordinating all aspects of ticket sales, Box Office, bartenders, ushers, and volunteers for the theatre's productions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a creative and collaborative environment. Bartending/service experience is an asset, but not a requirement. The successful candidate will also have experience with Microsoft systems, Outlook, Excel, and other relevant software.

This is a full-time position with hours that include evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will be required to work a flexible schedule, including some weeks in excess of 35 hours per week throughout the season.
