Job Title: Patron Services ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patron Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences, inspiring and overseeing the creation of outstanding patron interactions, and deepening and enriching the live theatre experience for our patrons, donors, volunteers, and community.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, oversee, and coordinate all aspects of ticket sales, Box Office, Bartenders, Ushers, and Volunteers for our productions, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, with specific input on ticket/bar/concession pricing and customer service.
- Manage the preparation and balancing of all deposits, including bar sales, Box Office sales, donations, and accounts receivable payments.
- Schedule and monitor Front of House staff and volunteers for all performances.
- Prepare strategies, materials, and training for Box Office staff involved in renewal and acquisition campaigns.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Bartending/service experience is an asset, but not a requirement (valid SIRS certification required).
- Experience with Microsoft systems, Outlook, Excel, and other relevant software.
