Globe Theatre is seeking a highly skilled Patron Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our patrons, donors, volunteers, and the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen and enhance our customer service promise.
  • Work with the Front of House team to create outstanding patron interactions and experiences.
  • Plan, oversee, and coordinate all aspects of ticket sales, Box Office, Bartenders, Ushers, and Volunteers for our productions.
  • Participate in the ongoing development of marketing strategies, including input on ticket/bar/concession pricing and customer service.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bartending/service experience is an asset, but not a requirement (valid SIRS certification required).
  • Experience with Microsoft systems, Outlook, Excel, etc.
