Job Title: Patron Services Manager

Globe Theatre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patron Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our patrons, donors, volunteers, and community members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, oversee, and coordinate all aspects of ticket sales, Box Office, bartenders, ushers, and volunteers for our productions.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to deepen and enrich the live theatre experience for our patrons.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Patron Services to create a customer-centric environment that exceeds expectations.
  • Manage the preparation and balancing of all deposits, including bar sales, Box Office sales, donations, and accounts receivable payments.
  • Recruit, train, and monitor the performance of Front of House staff and volunteers.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think clearly and remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience with ticketing, point of sale systems, payment terminals, and reconciliation.
  • Valid SIRS certification (or willingness to obtain).
