Position Overview

As a Culinary Assistant at 3 Dreams Trading Ltd., you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations, ensuring a clean and efficient environment while assisting in food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sanitation: Thoroughly sanitize and wash dishes and kitchen utensils by hand.
  • Food Packaging: Efficiently package take-out meals for customers.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finalize simple food items as directed.
  • Stock Management: Maintain and organize refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Waste Management: Regularly remove kitchen garbage and trash to uphold cleanliness.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish kitchen floors to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Vegetable and Fruit Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is preferred.
  • Experience: No prior experience is necessary; we are willing to provide training.
