  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to our staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Operations Management: Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring that our staff are working efficiently and effectively to meet our operational needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
