We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartending Supervisor to join our team at Sea Smoke Restaurant & Bar. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and leading our mixology team to deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, draft beer system, and inventory.
- Team Leadership: Lead and train our mixology team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
- Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of bar stock, including beverages, glassware, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including taking beverage orders, serving drinks, and handling cash and credit transactions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Bar Operations: Assist with bar operations, including preparing mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 to 45 hours per week.
