Position Overview

As a Dining Operations Supervisor at Besharam Bar and Grill, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of our establishment. Your leadership will ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial performance to enhance and sustain profitability.
  • Develop and manage budgets for food, beverages, and operational supplies.
  • Evaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations.
  • Adjust food preparation techniques and pricing based on budgetary guidelines.
  • Monitor revenue streams to assess labor costs effectively.
  • Supervise and evaluate staff performance, providing necessary training and support.
  • Plan and coordinate daily operational activities.
  • Recruit and schedule staff to meet operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and beverage provisions.
  • Engage with clients for catering services and facility usage.
  • Participate in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage special events and functions.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication will be English.
