Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and personable Coffee Specialist and Mixologist to become a part of our dynamic team at Chillout Bar & Restaurant. In this role, you will excel in delivering outstanding customer service while crafting a variety of delightful beverages. If you have a love for coffee and a knack for creating a warm and inviting environment, we would be excited to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Process customer orders and prepare an assortment of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and signature drinks.
  3. Ensure that all beverages meet the highest quality standards.
  4. Operate espresso machines and other necessary equipment for drink preparation.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area.
  6. Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the cash register.
  7. Assist with food preparation and service as required.
  8. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

  1. Prior experience as a Barista or in a comparable position is preferred but not mandatory.
  2. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  3. Understanding of food safety guidelines and practices.
  4. Familiarity with food preparation methods.
  5. Strong customer service abilities with effective communication skills.
