About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Director of Sales to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will play a critical role in supporting our community's sales and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director of Sales in managing the community's sales and marketing database
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales collateral
  • Coordinate and obtain all required move-in paperwork and prepare resident administrative files
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills, including phone, written, and verbal skills
  • Utilize organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed
