Director of Sales and Marketing

At InnVest Real Estate Investment Trust, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing sales opportunities across our portfolio of hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead a dynamic sales team to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to optimize pricing and revenue management strategies
  • Implement brand marketing programs to enhance hotel visibility and reputation
  • Establish and maintain public relations links with local communities and industry partners
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and sales optimization
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
