Job Title: Director of Sales and Marketing

At InnVest Real Estate Investment Trust, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance our hotel's brand and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to achieve established sales objectives
  • Lead a dynamic sales team to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to establish pricing and selling strategies
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
  • Participate in internal and external business activities to drive revenue growth and brand awareness
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional experience in hotel sales and marketing, including at least 2 years as a Sales Director or higher
  • Leadership and dynamism of the sales team
  • In-depth knowledge of computer programs and automated sales systems
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
  • Effective and creative leadership with a high level of professionalism
