Job Title: Director of Sales & Marketing

At InnVest Real Estate Investment Trust, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead a dynamic sales team to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to optimize pricing and revenue management strategies
  • Implement brand marketing programs to enhance hotel visibility and reputation
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners and local businesses
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, with a proven track record of revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in computer programs, including sales and marketing software
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data to inform sales and marketing decisions
