Director of Sales & Marketing

At InnVest Real Estate Investment Trust, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic marketing initiatives to maximize hotel sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to achieve established sales objectives
  • Lead a dynamic sales team to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to establish pricing and selling strategies
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to ensure team members are equipped to meet sales goals
  • Participate in internal and external business activities to drive revenue growth and brand awareness
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional experience in the hotel industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales or marketing leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Proficiency in computer programs and automated sales systems
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions
