About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Services Supervisor to join our team at 3D LASER & FABRICATION INC. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train and develop workers in duties and policies to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and machinery, coordinating maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign work tasks, reviewing progress and providing feedback to team members.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operations.
  • Facilities Management: Arrange for maintenance and repair work, ensuring that facilities are well-maintained and safe for employees.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Work Environment: Ensure that the work environment is safe, healthy, and free from hazards, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
