Position: Maintenance Supervisor

We are in search of a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance functions within our facility. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing maintenance teams, organizing and coordinating maintenance schedules, and ensuring the efficient operation of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage maintenance teams effectively
  • Formulate and execute short-term and long-term strategic plans for the maintenance department
  • Handle maintenance requests and work orders efficiently
  • Supervise maintenance operations and monitor performance metrics
  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and checks

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing setting
  • Expertise in preventative maintenance strategies, safety protocols, and good manufacturing practices (GMPs)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent mechanical and spatial reasoning abilities
