Position Overview

Nirman Management Inc. is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across our facilities.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or coordinate training sessions
  • Supervise and direct the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budgets and provide cost estimates for cleaning services
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning operations
  • Receive payments for specialized cleaning tasks
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure efficiency
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff
Supervision

This position involves supervising a team of 3-4 cleaning staff.
