As a Dynamics CE Functional Architect, you will play a key role in driving our clients' success by implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that meet their unique business needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively managing issues and risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify clients' sales, marketing, and customer service requirements through discovery meetings.
  • Design and lead the system architecture process, collaborating with the Development Team to create and implement customizations for custom code or data migration requirements.
  • Conduct end-user training and create knowledge transfer documentation to ensure seamless knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and refine CRM implementation standards and tools to drive consistency and efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in Dynamics CE (CRM) as a Functional Consultant or Architect.
  • 4+ years of experience in system design (8+ years for a Senior Architect).
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts.
  • Strong Business Analysis skills, including requirements and business process elicitation & documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed.

Preferred Education/Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, or related field.
  • Microsoft CRM Application certification (such as MB-200, MB, MB-600, MB2-710, +/or MB2-716).
  • Business Analysis Certification (CBAP or similar), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or other related industry certifications.
  • Microsoft SharePoint and Business Intelligence experience.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.

    Compensation and Benefits:
