About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Functional Application Architect to join our team at Avanade. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs for large complex IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Design and implement ERP solutions across functional lines, establishing a global architecture that meets client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and client leaders to analyze and design solutions for various applications.
  • Prototype and configure processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM to ensure the system meets client requirements.
  • Run workshops to analyze and design solutions, handle gaps detected during prototyping, and create a breakdown of client business processes.
  • Document settings, prepare clients to use the system, and support testing and training.
  • Support the sales team in deal shaping, identifying opportunities to leverage solutions to other engagements.
Requirements
  • At least 3 full life cycle D365 F&SCM Finance module implementations as a Solutions Architect.
  • A validated structured approach to written and verbal communication.
  • Understanding of Microsoft technologies related to Dynamics 365, including the Power Platform and Microsoft Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-phase, multi-country, enterprise-wide D365 implementations.
  • Experience managing large geographically distributed teams.
  • Presales experience is a plus.
