Role Overview
As the Business Development Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of MER. Your work will directly impact our community and environment, overseeing the successful implementation of business development strategies and goals as established by MER's Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies and work plans to drive sales goals across all active lines of business.
- Manage and create content for various marketing and communication channels, including online/social media platforms.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, public partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with management, staff, and consultants to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure the financial success of the business aligns with our social, environmental, and economic mission.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales and managing sales pipelines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-driven and motivated, with a proven capacity to manage expectations effectively.
- Ability to analyze market trends and generate effective marketing materials.
